Fresh counting data from Balrampur Assembly Constituency (AC-65) shows Mohammad Adil Hasan (AIMIM) holding his lead comfortably in Round 4, with the tally rising to 11,801 votes and a margin of +984.

Sangita Devi (LJP–Ram Vilas) remains in second place with 10,817 votes, trailing by -984, while Mahboob Alam (CPI-ML) stays in third with 7,313 votes, trailing by -4,488.
