Katihar DM Inspects Urges Fast Farmer registration at Manihari Circle
Katihar, Bihar, India - The District magistrate (DM) of Katihar, Ashutosh Dwivedi took a field trip to the Manihari Circle to determine the progress in the ongoing farmer registration (Farmer ID) drive and gave orders to accelerate the process.
